Book Your Appointment

Follow the prompts under the Chiropractic tab to book your appointment with Dr. Mondoux. If your desired appointment time is not listed, please call the office at 519-735-8400 as it may be available due to frequent schedule changes.

If you have not seen Dr. Mondoux as a patient before you MUST book in as an "Initial Visit" through the booking system.

Please arrive 10 minutes early if you are a new patient to fill out paperwork if you have not already done so. If you fail to give 24 hours' notice of a cancellation or missed appointment there will be a missed appointment fee added to your account. If you are greater than 10 minutes late for you appointment, there is no guarantee that you will be able to be seen and you may be asked to reschedule.
